Long Life 100
Non acid product to control corrosion and scale in boilers and heating systems. Reduces gas formation in the circuit. Suitable for all metals, including aluminium.
•Long Life 100. Dose 1 litre of product per 100 litres of system water (1 l. can for systems up to 8/10 radiators).
•Long Life 100 POCKET. Dilute 100 grams of product in 1 litre of water, better if demineralised or RO water. The amount is sufficient for 100 litres of water in the system (one 100 g sachet for systems up to 8/10 radiators). An overdosage does not cause any problems to the system. Check concentration with the GEL Inhibitor Test Kit.
Long Life 200
Non acidic noise reducer for boilers and heating systems
Non acid product to eliminate problems due to scale in boilers and heating systems. Suitable for all metals of the system, including aluminium. Dose 1 litre of product per 100 litres of system water (1 l. can for systems up to 8/10 radiators). An overdosage does not cause any problems to the system.
Long Life 300
Cleaning and cleansing product with neutral pH, with cleaning and passivating action. Removes working and welding residues, greases and oils which can be present in new heating systems and systems up to six months old. Suitable for all metals of the system, including aluminium. Dose 1 litre of product per 100 litres of system water (1 l. can for systems up to 8/10 radiators). An overdosage does not cause any problems to the system. Circulate up to 24 hours via the boiler circulator, then rinse thoroughly.
Long Life 400/400 pocket
Non acid restoring product to remove sludge, corrosion debris and deposits built over time in heating systems. Recommended for underfloor heating systems. Suitable for all metals, including aluminium.
•Long Life 400. Dose 1 litre of product per 100 litres of system water (1 l. can for systems up to 8/10 radiators).
•Long Life 400 POCKET. Dilute 100 grams of product in 1 litre of water, better if demineralised or RO water. The amount is sufficient for 100 litres of water in the system (a 100 g sachet for systems up to 8/10 radiators).
An overdosage does not cause any problems to the system. Circulate up to 1 week via the boiler circulator. To speed up restoring, use LL Superflush power flushing pumps. Once power flushing has been completed, rinse thoroughly.
Long Life 410/410 pocket
Restoring product to remove iron deposits and corrosion debris built over time in heating systems. To be used with system operating to restore heat exchanger and circulator. Suitable for all metals, including aluminium.
•Long Life 410. Dose 1 litre of product per 100 litres of system water (1 l. can for systems up to 8/10 radiators).
•Long Life 410 POCKET. Dilute 100 grams of product in 1 litre of water, better if demineralised or RO water. The amount is sufficient for 100 litres of water in the system (a 100 g sachet for systems up to 8/10 radiators).
An overdosage does not cause any problems to the system. Circulate up to 24 hours via the boiler circulator. Once power flushing has been completed, rinse thoroughly.
Long Life 500
Atoxic antifreeze with corrosion inhibitors for copper, steel and aluminium
Concentrated atoxic antifreeze protective liquid with specific inhibitors to control scale and corrosion in heating systems in cold climates. Suitable for all metals of the system, including aluminium. An overdosage does not cause any problems to the system. Dose depending on the required freeze protection level.
Long Life 710/710 pocket
Biocide-sanitizer for underfloor heating systems
Non oxidizing product to remove bacteria in underfloor heating systems. Suitable for all metals, including aluminium.
•Long Life 710. For fouled systems, dose half a litre of product per 100 litres of system water and circulate up to 24 hours via the boiler circulator. After the treatment drain the system and recondition with LL100 and LL710. For new or treated systems, dose half a litre of product and leave it inside the system.
•Long Life 710 POCKET. Dilute 100 grams of product in 1 litre of water, better if demineralised or RO water. The amount is sufficient for 100 litres of water in the system. For fouled systems circulate up to 24 hours via the boiler circulator. After the treatment drain the system and recondition with LL100 POCKET and LL710 POCKET. For new or treated systems, leave the product inside the system.
An overdosage does not cause any problems to the system. To speed up washing, use LL Superflush power flushing pumps.
Long Life 800
Product with strong dispersing and cleaning action to remove high amounts of metal oxides and scale deposits built over time in heating systems. Suitable for all metals of the system, including aluminium. Dose 1 litre of product per 100 litres of system water (1 l. can for systems up to 8/10 radiators). An overdosage does not cause any problems to the system. To be used with high circulation power flushing pump LL Superflush.
Long Life Sealer
Liquid sealer for heating systems
Liquid self-sealer to remove small leaks (up to 50 litres/day) in heating systems. Suitable for all metals of the system, including aluminium. Dose 1 litre of product per 100 litres of system water. An overdosage does not cause any problems to the system. Circulate the product and leave it inside the system.
