Decal Industrial

Water softeners of the industrial line are designed to remove, completely or partially, the water hardness. They have been designed to meet requirements of high flow rate and exchange capacity, giving performances able to satisfy big water consumptions.

Water softeners of the Decal industrial line are made of carbon steel. The whole water softener is totally managed by technologically advanced timer VT000 specifically designed to make programming easy. The timer can be programmed in five languages (GB, F, D, E, I) by showing the instructions through a foour-line LCD display.

The system is programmed except for two data : water hardness in and out, working mode of regeneration (Time, Volume, Volume/Time).

Water and salt consumptions can be optimised by introducing the pressure parameter and having the possibility to carry out a choked regeneration. On the display of the timer some working parameters are shown such as flow rate per hour, liter counter, and number of regenerations carried out. The timer is also equipped with salt alarm device and alarm for exhausted resin.

Decal industrial softeners are manufactured in metallic carpentry. Backwashing is automatically carried out. The valves are pneumatic butterfly valves. The distribution system is made up of a plate with diffusers and the system is controlled by Timer VT2000.

Duplex Industrial

The duplex version consists of two column working in alternate parallel. The control panel through the counter with impulse sender makes the exhausted column carry out the regeneration and the second column filter starts operating at the same time, allowing a continuous operation without cutting the softened water flow.
